My friend Junior had a fight in New Orleans a couple of weeks ago.  Check out this KO--the guy looks like he got shot.  Shocked  I've never seen anyone go limp and stiff at the same time.

Oh, and btw, hi all.  I've been gone for a bit.

Yeah, man.  I'd pay a lot of money to get Junior to not punch me like that.  The funny part is that he's probably the nicest, most humble guy I've ever met.  Total animal in the ring and on the mat though.

a lot of humility is needed to allow the reflexes to act... that is a major paradox of a true warrior, and like most paradoxes, most people don't get it: you need to do nothing in order for greatness to express, for greatness comes from being selfless!

If you're right, Junior will be one of the all time greats.  It's awesome to watch him fight, both because he's badass, and because he's such a kind, quiet guy that you just can't help but root for him.  He also has the most hardcore work ethic of anyone I've ever met.

I really do think that he'll end up competing in the UFC sooner or later though.  He's 5-0 with 4 KOs and 1 sub.  Dude finishes fights in a major way.  He needs to get discovered here pretty soon or he'll stay 5-0 because they won't be able to find anyone willing to fight him.
