personnaly, I just loooooove that style!

he's not perfect yet, but damn, so young, you can imagine why a 40 year old master his just amazing!

I do 4 to 6 times a week of similar stuff... but I ain't that good, especially his knees!!!

Yea I was more amazed with the placement of his knees and legs...At one point he looked bow leged but then exploded into a kick

The leg work in such style, called internal styles in China, is just amazing and is really lacking in mma, imo, but, a lot of what is done is illegal in a cage... but at least, I can comfort myself by thinking that it's realistic and works well in real life, while giving up your neck for a takedown could kill you, as would the asphalt!
