dang nice find! the sport is evolving all the time and with innovative fighters like GSP it will keep evolving into even greater fights!

I see it more as rediscovering then anything else,

for example, there was a time where everybody was getting there version of jujitsu out: judo, aikido, bjj, etc., and these styles are now going back to ju-jitsu for more moves... the system of old was already great, just too complicated to get popular and now that the simplified versions are getting popular, more and more people are going to the more complicated stuff, in there simplified traditions and back to the source...

same with chinese martial arts, etc.
