Cain is the new Fedor!

To help this section grow, I wanted to ask you how you personally train?

I myself usually like to do 15 minutes of whatever followed by 15 minutes of meditation, to start my day...

This 15 minutes of whatever is usually started with some yoga, taichi and qi gong moves, followed by some mobility movement towards pilates and similar drills. and then into some chin-ups, sit-up, push ups and some kettlebell ending with a few punches and kicks into shadow boxing mood to pump the heart faster...

then shower, then 15 minutes of meditation...

you might notice that my exercice routine goes from soft to cardio through muscular... it's a fast pace all around the clock routine that really helps my health... and doesn't take much time...

Cain reminded me of Fedor, small but technically superior!

I lift light weights a few times a week and I live in the mountains so I have high elevation to help with cardio which I get just by hiking a little most days. During the summer I train with a few guys, one with 15 years of Muay Thai and a current Kung Fu practiconer and also a Karate, Jeet guy. I trained quite a bit with my neighbor as well, who is 6'5 so I had a good past six months getting some good beatings lol. Currently I just do an 11 minute routine in the morning for cardio and stretching cause I'm getting up there lol.

Great thread Zim, I hope it get's the guys going to find out what they're into.
