Kim Kardashian is making headlines again-literally-with her latest cover shoot for W Magazine.

The reality starlet posed nude for the publication, which hits newsstands, tomorrow.

This isn't the first time Kim has bared her goodies for all to see. Back in 2007, she also posed nude for Playboy. She even appeared in the buff and unretouched for Harper's Bazaar, this year. Although she was reportedly uncomfortable that she did Playboy, seems like she's getting used to being photographed naked.
